Good news! You can now pre-order the Twilight Saga New Moon Two-Disc Special Edition at Amazon! Their edition is currently available at the pre-order rate of $21.99.

The standard two-disc edition will contain at least the following:

• Audio commentary with Director Chris Weitz and Editor Peter Lamber
• A riveting six-part documentary that takes you behind the scenes
• Exclusive band rehearsal footage with Muse
• Music videos from Death Cab for Cutie, Anya Marina, and Mute Math

Something else to keep in mind is that there were quite a few different “editions” of Twilight when the DVD came out depending on where you bought it. Some came with digital copies as well. Others came with posters or collectibles. As we find out more, we will let you know.  March 20 is the official New Moon DVD release date. Target also has a Twilight Saga New Moon 3 Disc Deluxe Edition DVD with Bonus Collectible Film Cell. It is selling for $26.99 on pre-order. The third disc promises to contain “third disc of never before seen content.”

This weekend there will be another Twilight Saga New Moon trailer revealed at the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs). We have heard that this is close to the New Moon trailer that will be debuted. According to MTV, there is a new trailer debuting before “Sorority Row” but the one that will be presented by Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner at the VMAs will have extended never-before-seen New Moon footage.

So here is the newest trailer. Seems to me that they are telling most of the New Moon story just in these clips? Wonder how much more will be on the VMAs? We’ll post again as soon as we can get it.

The trailer doesn’t really show all that much. But it does add to the New Moon frenzy!

The first scene is Jacob and Bella when Bella starts to ride the motorbike and is injured. A hunky Jacob takes care of her. We also get a glipse of how Edward is going to appear in Bella’s imagination.

The second scene is Bella rushing through the crowd in Italy trying to prevent Edward from revealing himself.

Does it make you want to see Twilight Saga New Moon more or less??

Here’s the exact quote about New Moon from the Coldplay official site:

“It’s very likely that a Coldplay song will end up on the soundtrack to the Twilight sequel given that Stephenie Meyer has credited Coldplay, amongst others, on the inner sleeve for ‘being instrumental in staving off the writer’s block’.”

The report supposedly reveals “New Moon” secrets, but I don’t think that it is anything that we haven’t heard already. The movie is a little dark, we see more of Edward than in the book, etc.

The New Moon clip is of only Edward and Bella (sorry, Jacob fans!). Bella asks for a kiss and apparently gets what she wants. The clip doesn’t do much for me, but it’s a start. Not sure if this is going to be part of the trailer debuting on Sunday or in addition to it. One thing we do know is that a good deal of the filming has been completed already.

No word yet on what the clip will be, but the MTV Movie Awards will be airing at 9pm Eastern on Sunday, May 31. I’m sure that it will only be a matter of minutes after the clip airs before you will be able to see it on Youtube.
