With the premier of Twilight Saga New Moon just over 6 weeks away, Amazon is going all out. In their Wish List Sweepstakes, you can win a trip to the L.A. premiere of New Moon. The Grand Prize includes flights, tickets to the premiere, a “meet and greet” with New Moon cast members, and more. The approximate retail value is $2,740!!
In addition to the Grand Prize, Amazon is giving away a number of other Twilight prizes including Twilight books, DVDs, Barbies, games, soundtracks, and more.
To get entered, you need to visit the Twilight Saga New Moon Sweepstakes Page and create a Wish List, add an item to one of your existing Wish Lists or share one of your Wish Lists via the “Share with Friends” feature on the Wish List page. You can now order New Moon tickets for many theaters for opening weekend through Fandango. You will not be able to get them for every city, and some of the showings are actually already sold out!
New Moon opens on November 20, but as with the first Twilight movie, there will be midnight showings Thursday night just after midnight.

This weekend there will be another Twilight Saga New Moon trailer revealed at the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs). We have heard that this is close to the New Moon trailer that will be debuted. According to MTV, there is a new trailer debuting before “Sorority Row” but the one that will be presented by Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner at the VMAs will have extended never-before-seen New Moon footage.
So here is the newest trailer. Seems to me that they are telling most of the New Moon story just in these clips? Wonder how much more will be on the VMAs? We’ll post again as soon as we can get it.
Just about as quickly as we can get Twilight Saga New Moon footage up on the site, Summit Entertainment is having it pulled down. On the one hand, I can understand why. It’s their copyrighted material. On the other hand, the more teasers that we get, the more that the Twilight Saga New Moon frenzy is building. The more that the frenzy builds, the more money that Summit Entertainment is going to make.
At any rate, here is the newest trailer. It’s definitely all about Jacob (which the whole movie would basically be if it were not for all of the Team Edward fans–not that there is anything wrong with that!). The trailer is a mix of New Moon footage with some commentary from Taylor Lautner. Watch it before it gets pulled!
I’ve seen this New Moon Trailer with new Twilight Saga New Moon footage in a couple of places, but my favorite is from MTV. Why? The great pop-ups! Make sure that you watch the whole way through the video. It will play the New Moon Trailer twice–once without pop-ups and once with them. So be sure to watch through the commercials!
