This weekend there will be another Twilight Saga New Moon trailer revealed at the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs). We have heard that this is close to the New Moon trailer that will be debuted. According to MTV, there is a new trailer debuting before “Sorority Row” but the one that will be presented by Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner at the VMAs will have extended never-before-seen New Moon footage.

So here is the newest trailer. Seems to me that they are telling most of the New Moon story just in these clips? Wonder how much more will be on the VMAs? We’ll post again as soon as we can get it.

Part of the five minute clip is actually footage from Twilight. Part of it is also from the MTV Movie Awards (Stewart suggested the “almost kiss” on stage). But there are a few new pieces, such as some interview time with Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson. You get a couple of glimpses of New Moon filming as well.

The report supposedly reveals “New Moon” secrets, but I don’t think that it is anything that we haven’t heard already. The movie is a little dark, we see more of Edward than in the book, etc.

One thing it mentions is that the movie will have more of Edward than those of us who have read the book expect. That makes sense considering Edward doesn’t actually appear through a lot of New Moon, yet Robert Pattinson is considered the “leading man” in the movie. (Although I think Team Jacob would disagree!)

The clip below has short snippets of interviews with Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, and Kristen Stewart. It also has some brief glimpses of the filming of New Moon and parts of scenes. It definitely looks like they are heavily into the filming despite only having started recently. Of course, they don’t have long to get it done.
